shipping policy

We ship the orders via USPS. (IN THE NEAR FUTURE WE WILL SHIP WORLDWIDE)

Mailing Policy: 

If you choose to cancel a order after shipping the customer will be responsible for all cost for redirecting in the middle of transit and every additional fee and/or tax that follows cancellation. 

 

Handling Time: 

In stock Krowns will ship out within 1-2 days after received payment ( IF PRODUCT NOT A CUSTOM OR PRE ORDERED KROWN ).

 

If it's custom or pre order, your Krown will ship in after 3 to 4 weeks of perfecting (braiding) the krown. This is to ensure that all Krowns are made to your satisfaction and at its top quality. ( ONCE KROWN IS COMPLETE KROWN WILL BE MAILED WITH IN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS ).

Delivery Time:

USA: 3-5 business days (different for custom or pre orders read above in Handling Time).

Helpful Hint: 

1.Normally, the local shipper deliveries package on workday( Mon. - Fri.), to ensure safe delivery of your parcel, so it is best for you to choose an address where you can receive package on workday as shipping address. It's best to keep your phone open during estimated time of arrival, because shipper might contact you via phone.

2.The shipping service we used is required to have the customer's signature for a successful delivery. So please make sure that you or your authorized person at shipping address. If we shipped to your shipping address and have a signature file, we do not take responsibility once the package is lost or stolen.

refunds, return & exchange policy

Refunds:

There will only be refunds Avail. during the 24 hour period after you have purchased (before it's mailed). We understand a Queen may change her mind on what Krown she may select and it's under those purposes only that â€‹we will return or change the krown to the one you decide. Please LIVE CHAT us during business hours with your order number so it can be handled right away. 

 

Return:

There will be no returns because of COVID-19 safety restrictions. Once COVID-19 has passed we will move forward on a return policy that will satisfy every Queen.
